Special thanks to CreditRepair.com for sponsoring this post, a team that understands a better life is more than a number, but a lifestyle. These opinions are my own experience. “Credit Score,” A phrase that is forbidden in many people’s vocabulary and understanding. The very thought of a credit score could darken any room if you grew up where I grew up.
The idea of credit was something that only rich people enjoyed, and less privileged people tried to avoid. You only spoke of credit score when acting as if you know it all, and even then, you may have even misrepresented the true definition of a credit score.

I was at the mercy of the pain; I was at a crossroad of unknown. We later found out my migraines were just getting worse, eventually leading to the finding of several cysts and tumors throughout my body. The experience of a migraine is a pain only a select number of the population has experienced.
To describe it, imagine pouring boiling hot water into one side of your brain while letting it seep slowly into the other side, then adding the feeling of your stomach going down the steep part of a fast roller coaster, all while adding in flu-like chills throughout the body, lasting anytime between an hour to a few days. The experience to explore and discover new cultures is a wealth in its own right!
I am lucky enough to travel to dream places like Monaco, Switzerland, New Zealand, and even Tokyo with the upcoming Olympic Games! Yes, I have a job to do on the track, but you can’t neglect the fact I am stepping foot in some pretty cool places. Finding a country that I have not traveled to is easier to name than the countries I have, but recalling the treasured memories from those journeys are difficult. My biggest regret throughout my years of running is that I did not explore more, for various reasons. This post is sponsored by R.W. Knudsen but the content and opinions expressed here are my own. The refrigerator is completely cleared out, grocery shopping becomes a new adventure, and everything is set for the transformation to the new you!

We all know the benefits of staying active; reduction of stress levels, increase in longevity, and even the bettering of mental health. However, finding the motivation to get started is a difficult task that can haunt the best of us all. Take it from an Olympian, working out is not easy. The difference between the weekend warrior and the CrossFit professional is the motivation each person finds. Luckily, with wearable health trackers like the Garmin Venu, finding and maintaining that motivation is a little bit easier. |
