This post is sponsored by InnerG but the content and opinions expressed here are my own. I like to see myself as somewhat cool and collected, free from stress and anxiety with no worries in the world. Then I realize I live in the 21st century. More recently, I am living through 2020.
This past summer, I was woken by the worst head pain I’ve ever experienced. Not sure what happened as my family rushed me to the emergency room where we spent the night under doctor eyes. I was at the mercy of the pain; I was at a crossroad of unknown. We later found out my migraines were just getting worse, eventually leading to the finding of several cysts and tumors throughout my body.

The experience of a migraine is a pain only a select number of the population has experienced.
To describe it, imagine pouring boiling hot water into one side of your brain while letting it seep slowly into the other side, then adding the feeling of your stomach going down the steep part of a fast roller coaster, all while adding in flu-like chills throughout the body, lasting anytime between an hour to a few days. |
